CPU getting too hot. Blow out your case to get built up dust out - especially fans, filters and coolers.

Bump up your pcu fan speed. Get rid of any cpu overclock.

There isn't a single CPU that will shut down at 62°C

It'll make your cpu run cooler. Cooler is better.

So - you don't want to blow your case out?

What gpu temps are you getting?

What 12v, 5v and 3.3v readings are you getting in bios/uefi?
