Practically what it says in the title, it only happens when I'm playing multiplayer games and only multiplayer games (weird I know).
The noise gets progressively louder the longer I play the game and most times it is also audible through my mic if I happen to be using voice comms (I have tried multiple).

Edit: Just for clarity I'm not 100% sure it is coil whine, just sounds like it.
