It doesnt make sense to go for a bigger PSU and GPU with your current CPU.

If I were you, I would go for the 750 Ti, enjoy it, then further down the line upgrade to a new CPU/Mobo/PSU etc.

If you mean GT 610, it's not that old, it just isn't for gaming. All newer Nvidia series (from 200 series) have GT, GTS and GTX marks, GTX being for gaming.
But what about the rest of PC? What part does it have?

I did some digging and it seems your Power Supply is really poor quality, which is expected from OEM machines.

This is it,right?

You might be able to get away with a GTX 750ti,i wouldnt put anything stronger in without a new Power Supply, though.

Much stronger than the 750 would be CPU bottlenecked anyway.

So if i get a better psu i can get a better gpu ?

I dont mind spending money on this pc if its going to run elder scrolls online and skyrim with the dlc perfectly.

Do you have any suggestions as to where i get purchase a better psu and gpu , and which ones i can get.

Thanks

A 750 and your current processor should play Skyrim well, especially if you get some performance mods.

Elderscrolls online is an MMO,which are notoriously CPU-bound, a 750ti would perform vastly better than the current card but i wouldnt expect high/ultra @1080p.

Edit: as for a new card and PSU..there's not much better than a 750 that wouldnt be bottlenecked to hell by your Processor, which is on a discontinued socket(no CPUs being made anymore)

To justify a bigger Powersupply to power a beefier card, you'd have to buy a whole new system.

So go with the 750ti (without 6pin connections)like this.
