Need help making a build for a €700 ($900) gaming pc

A few days ago my computer died on me. So I want to build a gaming pc. Thuis is my first time building a pc so I could really use Some help picknick parts. My budget is €700 which is About $900. Im hoping to play games like borderlands the presequel, titanfall and maybe next gen games on settings as high als possible with this budget. This has to contain Windows aswell. I already have a monitor, keyboard and mouse.
