Hey,

I have Motherboard Asrock H61M-VS with 2 RAMs of Kingston, 1 of 2 GB and the other 4GB. It worked for me as charm like this for 1 year or so and last night it suddenly starting beeping when I turned the PC on. I noticted that only slot A1 is working (Have total 2 slots). If i put only in A1 it works, If only in B1 it's beeping if on both it works. (both ram cards on A1).
On the BIOS+CPUZ it's saying it's on single channel mode

Please help me guys

So you've tried each of the two DIMMs by itself in each of the two slots and either works alone in A1 and neither works alone in B1, right? And with both together in either order only A1 is seen?

I'd try removing the CPU cooler and CPU, inspect the socket for bent pins, clean everything and reassemble: sometimes the CPU cooler can bend the motherboard enough to reduce pressure on the pins until a contact opens.

If that doesn't work, it's time to try swapping out the CPU or motherboard to isolate which one is bad.

Which BIOS do you have? The link you referenced is the right place to check. It looks like 2.70 is the latest/last version. The H61 chipset is a couple of generations old so I wouldn't expect any new versions. The release notes make no mention of fixing memory problems.

You can try resetting the CMOS memory. You'll want to take note of any changes you've made so you can put them back after the reset. If the CMOS reset doesn't help, you can try updating BIOS.
