My Toshiba Satellite laptop will not turn on. The battery was at 7% and I was trying to plug it into the power source . Then it turned off and will not turn back on. If I press or hold the power button the green led light with flash a few times but will not turn on. I have tried taking out the battery and still will not turn on.Please help me.
