is a 650w power supply good enough for a R9 290X or is a 750w better?

my complete build is:
Processor: i5-3470 3.2ghz
RAM: 8GB
HDD: 1TB
SSD: 128GBx2

sorry if I posted this twice the other one did not seem to be posted

Would these be fine? Cooler Master GXII 750W 80 Plus Bronze Power Supply or Cooler Master G650M 650W Semi-Modular 80 Plus Bronze

Would this be good then? EVGA SuperNOVA 750 B2 80 Plus Bronze

While I would say brand name is a reason not to buy, brand name should never be a reason "to buy" a PSU. Because very manufacturer who makes good or great PSUs also makes some pretty crappy ones.

For example:

Corsair AXi / HX 650 - 850 = almost perfect
Corsair TX V2 = very good
Corsair RM = Some decent / some bad
Corsair HX 1000 - 1050 = less than desirable
Corsair CX or C anything = to be avoided

Antec HCG / HCP = Good

Seasonic X Series = Perfect
Seasonic M12 = Almost perfect
Seasonic S12 = Very good

EVGA SuperNova G2 / P2 = Almost perfect
EVGA SuperNova B2 = Adequate

XFX Core Editon = Very Good
XFX Pro / Black / XX = SOme almost perfect / some very good.
