Since neither aren't very demanding in the graphics department, sure there will be a bottleneck. Only in the technical sense though.
Both the i3 and GTX 660 are powerful enough that your monitor will be the "bottleneck" in this scenario. Meaning, your FPS will be higher than your monitor's refresh rate, so if there is a CPU/GPU bottleneck, it won't affect you.
In most other games, this is a fairly balanced combo, as the 660 won't deliver many more frames than the i3 will in any title at medium to high settings at 1080p.
