I want something she can use just for her videos and social media. She has the logitech c920 webcam so I think I am good there, but I know little to nothing about video editing or doing graphics. I don't need all the extras, I already have a computer set aside for classes, so this would be separate. Thank you in advance for any and all help

Yeah for basic use knowing your budget would help but you could probably do something like this:

Id go with a quad core cpu (intel) and go with the gtx 750 or Intel integrated graphics. Also, a 500gb HDD because i have only used 800gb of my 1tb hard drive and most of it is games and she wont be playing games.

Quad core for web browsing and Skype? Really? You could just get a Dell Venue 8/11 for those uses, it doesn't take a super powerful system for that.

Even still it doesn't take a super powerful system to be able to edit and upload videos for Youtube consumption. You can do that on a smart phone.
