Can you tell us what the Stop Error code is?

When the BSOD comes up, look for a number that looks something like this:

Try different slots your memory. Do you have two 4 GB sticks? 1 8 GB stick?

You boot into Memtest86, so it's not the same as booting into Windows. I recommend trying different slots and booting. If that doesn't work, then test with Memtest86.

Take out one of the RAM sticks, see if you get the BSODs. If you do, switch slots. If you still do, switch RAM sticks, if you still do, switch slots again with the second RAM stick. Try every configuration to test if it's the motherboard or the RAM itself.

If all else fails, reseat your CPU and check for bent pins. If I'm not mistaken, the 6200 has an integrated memory controller, so a bent pin could be the issue. Although this is unlikely since your system POSTs.

Suspected bad RAM: 0x1A = MEMORY_MANAGEMENT. So memory corruption is the culprit, so its almost certainly either RAM of the motherboard.

Run memtest86+ for a while and see if you get any errors.
