Errors in my pc build

I'm planning on building a gaming pc for around £1000 (including an windows 8.1 and a monitor). I've looked around and so far, this is the build I've come up with (http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/n2xrqs + a monitor).
I have asked some people and everyone seems to think that it is fine. However, recently a new compatibility note has appeared on pcpartpicker saying thet the memory does not run at the correct voltage for the CPU.

My question here is twofold:
1. Do I need to change the memory to one with a lower voltage and if so, will it effect anything?
2. Are there any other errors in my build that I am missing?

Thanks for your time!

Case: NZXT Phantom 410 (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case (£65.99 @ Novatech)
Power Supply: EVGA 750W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX...
with intel cpu the memory controller looking for 1.5v or less on the ram. 1.6 and higher ram is overclocked ram. also on your power supply you may want to switch it out for a 750w unit that has one rail. that unit has a split 12v rail. with 2 12v rails there might not be the amps needed for your high end gpu.

Thanks, I was under the impression that 650w was plenty for my build and that the split rails weren't a problem because the GPU used 2 PCI-E power connectors. but seeing as it does not cost much extra, I may go with your suggestion as it just makes sure the PSU will be fine. Thanks for the help :)

Other people I have asked have said that 650w is plenty for my build, should I get a 750w just to be safe?

Yes, and the 750W power supply would allow for more upgrade space later on.
