  1. Well most card to day will work with that system, 90% of the markets cards use the PCI-E 2.0 x16 slot.

If you want a graphics card make sure its a PCI-E x16 2.0 or 3.0. So the GTX550ti will work on that system. If your looking into something different just replay to this post and we will let ya know if it will work.

Also make sure you have a good PSU capable of handling the Graphics card.

Thanks Viking. I do want a newer gpu, I just haven't been able to decide which ones will work in my system, that don't also cost more than the system itself. I've looked at a ton of them. As you can see I am using the 600w Corsair Bronze. I have a spare 650w sentey as a back up psu if needed, but when I initially tried to use that one in my system it sent the 12vrail into the red. I am using the pc to play wow on, and it looks like wod is going to require a bit more in the graphics area.

Oh yeah, that 550ti should do well on WoW, specially with your 2600k.

Im not sure on how much you want to spend, but a GTX660 or a GTX750 would be even better, and would allow you to use shadowplay to record gameplay with no drops in performance. Thats if your into that stuff.

Thank you very much Viking! I wound up buying the ' EVGA GeForce GTX 750Ti Superclock w/G-SYNC Support 2GB GDDR5 128bit, Dual-Link DVI-I, HDMI, DP 1.2 Graphics Card (02G-P4-3753-KR)' @$140 which isn't too bad. You certainly made choosing MUCH easier!!
