Is 75~°C on max too hot?

I just built a new computer a week ago and I have an Intel Core i7 4790K, using the heatsink that was in the Intel box. Do you think I need a better cooling fan or extra fan or something?

I just found out after thinking too much about the high temperature of my PC, and decided to analyse it before it blows up my computer and kills me. It worries me.

Here's some specs of my PC:

Motherboard: ASUS Maximus VII Ranger
CPU: Intel Core i7 4790K
RAM: Corsair Vengeance Black Edition 16GB
GPU: XFX R9 290x 4GB

The average value is 58° when not playing any game.

On max load? or just normal usage? Is it overclocked? But just my opinion, Yes it is always worth it to invest into an aftermarket cooler as to me those stock coolers are garbage. And since you have such a nice setup i would def. go ahead and get yourself a nice cooler.

And to answer your question i think those temps are a bit high. Especially for the idle temp.

Actually, my mother bought those components I wanted and let technician build it for my birthday. I didn't want to do it myself because I didn't want to waste my mom's money from the accident or mistake. Also, I have very low experience in overclocking, and I don't want to risk melting my computer because of that.
