So as far as i can tell my bios is missing the digi+ power control features, they are nowhere to be found in the bios menus. i've seen videos and screenshots suggesting these options aught to be in the advanced settings. am i doing something wrong? i've updated to the latest version using a usb drive. also, im a pc newb trying my hand at overclocking, slowly but surely, and would like to see lower temps on my cpu. pushing to only 4.0 ghz my cpu got to 60C running bf4 (I was afraid occt or another test would run too hot)

sapphire r9 270x 2gb OC edition
seagate 250gb hdd
ultra lsp750-watt psu
in a cooler master GP elite 334 case (one front fan, one rear underneath the psu and next to the cpu)
