how can i change my files back to default? plzz help!

i tried opening a file with open with and all the files changed to that format... plzz i would like you to help me change it back

Right click the file and go down to where is says Open With and there should be options to change weather you want to open the file with a certain program just once and have an optiopn to change what the whole file type will open with on default.
