I know what you're about to say, "go build your own it's cheaper"
Well sadly, it's not in Canada. Pc parts are insanely over priced right now. I was going to build a $700 pc with shipping and OS included but now it's $837 and prices are still rising! So right now pre built seems to be a lot cheaper on Cyberpower and Ibuypower but I've heard that they use some shady parts and I don't want that. If you could please recommend the most reliable and cheapest company to buy from, I would appreciate that.

It can be done :) The Pentium Anniversary edition makes it quite possible. I would pick up aftermarket cooling when you had the chance and overclock the poor SOB because apparently the pentium anniversary edition has quite a lot of overclocking headroom.
