All games, Major fps drop

I have a gaming computer which runs games such as mine craft and battlefield very well, but a few days ago the fps on every game that i have played has dropped to about 30 when it should be much higher, ive scanned my computer with Avast anti virus software, Comodo, de fragged all my files. All of the bugs/viruses that have appeared have been delt with but it hasn't increased the fps at all. Anyone know of any ways that can restore the fps back to what it was/Does anyone know why the fps drop has happened? (This is a constant fps drop, it doesn't drop after like 30 minuets of plying a game) I have a desktop pc.

My processor is: Intel(R) Core(tm) i5-4670 CPU @ 3.40GHz 3.40GHz
Ram: 8GB (7.89 GB Usable)
64 bit operating system
And i dont have/know what HWmonitor is

"heat" seems to be the problem , fps drop after 30 mins mins of playing sounds like yr graphics card is underclocking itself due to thermal throttling , check fans are spinning

The fans are working fine, and its a constant fps drop, it happens as soon as i start up my computer not after a certain time, and how do i find what type of CPU i have?

I knew that.... My GPU is:
Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600
Total memory 1696 MB

It's the integrated graphics. If you want decent gaming performance you need a discrete GPU from Nvidia or AMD.

And Michael, he doesn't know much about PCs and that's no reason to be rude.
