Is this PSU & case compatible?
Case - http://www.bitfenix.com/global/en/products/chassis/neos#specs
PSU - http://www.evga.com/products/Specs/PSU.aspx?pn=c4bcf041-0984-47ee-81c9-cdc619eeb031

The case says it requires PS2 ATX PSU
Dimensions of PSU im looking at are 80mm (H) x 150mm (W) x 165mm (L)
Case doesn't give specifics of size for PSU but i read (http://www.evercase.co.uk/PowerSupplyMeasurement.htm) PS2 size is 85x150x140.
I checked some other PSU's & they were both different sizes :S so im confused.

Also the PSU goes into the bottom of the case; don't they generally go at the top?

Cheers

The Bitfenix is a Atx case and the Evga is a atx psu so they are fully compatible. Almost all the better cases use bottom mounted psu so the intake fan is on the bottom. This setup pulls cool air from the bottom and pushes out the back of the case. the psu is not effected by the heat inside the case. It also allows cleaner wire management too.

Thank you both :)

is there anything wrong with the B1 as its better priced than the B2?
I want it to last 2 or 3 years with alot of use from games, photo editing & app building would the B1 be sufficient?

Both psu have 3 year warranties. Fsp is a very good oem in the value end psu. The main difference is the B1 is a 4 rail design and B2 is single rail design and has a more modern circuitry. For you use either one will work.
