So the stores I can access are target and T-mobile is what I want to use for the 4G. I will buy the laptop (thinking of this ) but I am absolutely clueless on the internet part. I am gonna use this laptop at a place where there is no wireless internet so I need an unlimited 4G/3G plan, how do I go about doing this?

There is no such thing as unlimited 4G/3G, and this could get expensive if you need a lot of data. You will be better off getting internet to your residence, and then setting up a WiFi router. An alternate would be to use the computer at a free WiFi hotspot such as a public library or a Starbucks.

For the times you truly need mobile broadband data, I would look into Freedompop, and also your cellphone carriers such as Tmobile, etc. Netzero also offers this. In general, plan to pay at least $10 for each gigabyte of data, plus the cost of the device (another $50 to $100).
