Any windows 8 app that can pair my phone so I can call from pc?

Hi, I have been searching for an app in the windows store that will allow me to make phone calls using my androids phone number. I need the app to be free. I can't find anything. I don't need any texting just calling.

Not really what i'm looking for. Thanks though. I am trying to find something in the windows 8 app store (app) that will allow me to pair my htc one m8 and call from it from my computer.

I've tried it. The title is misleading. It gives you very little credits to start with and once you finish them you need to pay for more. It's not really free as it claims.
