I just built my friend a gaming pc and it turns on for about 20 seconds then it shuts off. I think it's the power supply. The specs are as follows: fx-8350, asus M5A99X Evo R2.0, GSkill Sniper 2x4gb DDR3-1600, MSI GeForce GTX 750ti Twin Frozr 2gb Oc, Seagate Barracuda 7200rpm 1tb, Thermaltake Smart Series 750 watt psu, and the Thermaltake V3 AMD edition. I would like your opinions on it. Thanks in advance!

There is a troubleshooting checklist in the stickies section of the forum for this type of problem. Perform all the steps in the checklist and let us know how it goes. There's also a link to the checklist in my signature.

It does post and the bios comes up but then it shuts off. It makes a single beep.

Got another psu from bestbuy and the computer works. So I'll just RMA the other psu. Thx for the help :)
