While flashing bios in Windows 7, my screen went blank. I restart after 1 hr. After restart, screen is still black.

I thought my mother board is dead, so I replaced it with a new one. However, I'm still not getting anything after I turn on the computer. What's the next step?

Here are my components:
1. MSI Computer Corp. Micro ATX DDR3 1600 LGA 1150 Motherboards B85M GAMING
2. Intel Pentium G3258 Haswell Dual-Core 3.2GHz LGA
3. my old GPU card: MSI GeForce GTX 460 SE VGA Card
4. Ram: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR
5. Wireless Adapter: Rosewill RNX-N250PCe (RNWD-11005) Wireless Adapter
6. SanDisk Ultra Plus 256GB SATA 6.0GB/s 2.5-Inch 7mm Height Solid State Drive (SSD) With Read

I can hear the fan and the drive on.. I tried to unplug the GPU and connect only the new motherboard's on board VGA output. Still no screen.
