I wouldn't use two brands of RAM but whatevs. If you get instability it is probably that. Anyway, even though thermaltake isn't know to be awesome, that PSU should push that build fine. I currently have a 550w in a similar build (had a 770, now a 7970) and I've never broken 300w except during a combo furmark/prime run.

I was also skeptical to use 2 dif rams but its been in for about 6+ months and has been going fine for now. and the 750w one is pretty cheap I wouldn't mind grabbing that I'd rather be safe then sorry everything is only ~1 year old so I really dont want anything to fry.
