I'm looking for the best air CPU cooler that won't interfere with my 4 55mm tall RAM sticks.

Price isn't an issue. I've been looking all around for one that produces a good amount of airflow to my cpu without being very noisy. Air cpu cooler please not water.

RAM - 2 Corsair Dominator Platinum sticks (2x8gb), 2 Corsair Vengance sticks (2x4gb)

All 4 sticks are each roughly 55mm tall.

CPU - i7-4930K

Motherboard - Asus Sabretooth X79 LGA2011

Here's my full build by the way.

Is this a build you already have or are considering? If this is a build you're considering I will say you are throwing a lot of money away very unnecessarily on things you don't need (the SLI bridge, the case fans, the thermal compound, the sound card, Windows 7 Ultimate, the backup software, etc.).
