Sound and wifi card, needed?

Hi, i have the following motherboard:
MSI Z97-G45 Gaming

and i was wondering when i build my gaming computer, will i need the sound card [does the mobo have onboard sound?] Also, if the motherboard does have onboard sound, what are the benefits of a sound card?

On the wifi card, i was simply wondering if there is enough ports on the mobo for it to fit.

Unless you have extremely sensitive ears and are an audiophile, there aren't any.

Or if you have a 7.1 surround sound stereo system, then you might need a sound card.
