I can not get above 60 fps in bf4

I can not get above 60 fps in bf4. I was kinda messing around with AMD catalyst control center

CPU: AMD FX 9370 4.4 ghz
GPU: ASUS DirectCU 2 OC R9 290
PSU: AZZA Titan 1000 watt PSU
RAM: 8GB
Motherboard: ASUS Crosshair V Formula-Z AM3+ AMD 990FX SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard
CPU cooler: Cooler Master Seidon 240M

Going to venture to say it is the cpu without checking benchmarks or perhaps the resolution you are playing at. Cause that gpu should push 60+ fps at 1080.

If you're getting exactly 60 then vsync might be on.

Seems like you should be able to get 60 even with an AMD cpu. So what resolution are ya at?
