I have a 30 mbps internet. My pc can only use 1-4 mbps of it unless i uninstall the ethernet driver reboot the pc and then let windows install the driver for it self. Then it can use the full 30 mbps internet speed. But if i shut my pc down after the fix and then turn it on the internet is only 1-4 mbps again. How could i fix this issue permanently so a wouldt have to uninstall the driver and reboot my pc every time i turn on my pc? BTW my pc is runing windows 8.1 pro 64 bit.
