Hi, I just built a new computer and I am finishing setting it up. It has an i5 4690k, Gigabyte Z97X Gaming7, EVGA 760 SC, 8GB GSkills Sniper series, Samsung EVO 250GB SSD, Seagate Barracuda 1TB HDD, Wins 7. When I initially set up the pc and ran the OS, I saw both my SSD and HDD to install the OS onto (I choose SSD), however now in my computer only shows Local Disc (C: ) 232GB and DVD Drive, no HDD. Anyone know what's going on?

Thank you,
Cody

Read WyomingKnott's sticky near the top of this forum, here:

Pay particular attention to his Step 5. I assume all your HDD is showing as Unallocated Space. The process will do two things for you: Create a Partition, and then Format that. Then you back out of Disk Management and reboot to allow Windows to update its registry.
