"I have posted a similar discussion earlier but it is now old and the conditions have changed. I need this problem fixed ASAP as it it affecting my in game preformance.
My relevant specs are as follows:
CPU: Intel i7-3610QM CPU @ 2.30gHz
GPU: Nvidia gt650M
Ram: 8GB
In game the most I get for FPS is 20.
My maxfps is set to 300, I have lowest settings both in CS:GO and the Nvida control center. I even set windows to the basic theme (oh gawd) I have read before that the gt650M is capable of achieving high FPS and I can verify this because rarely but sometimes I will get 120fps for about 30 seconds. All powersaving is off, that means windows, cs:go, and nvidia and I have CS:GO set to run with the GPU instead of intel integrated graphics. There is no reason that this game should be running at such a low framerate so is there anyone here that can help me?"
So yeah, if anyone could help that would be great.
