Is motherboard reason for some lag in certain games?

CPU - Intel 3770 @3.4ghz
Motherboard - Pegatron (yeah was a super cheap motherboard I got at a certain point in time.)
GPU - MSI gtx 760 2gb
Ram - 8gb of generic memory
PSU - Corsair 650watt bronze cert.

In general what you think of my build currently?

World of Warcraft at certain times but Arma 3 can get pretty bad. Its just choppy and not smooth like it is with BF4 on Ultra.

Shouldnt be video settings if I can play BF4 on ultra at 50-60fps all the time.
