Do I need a CPU Cooler? If so, which one?

So I currently have a Intel i5 4670K and I'm not sure if I should install an aftermarket CPU cooler. I may, or I may not over clock in the future. I mostly just game and dabble in video editing. I like silence and longevity of my parts. I have my doubts of water cooling because I've heard of horror stories of people's closed loop water cooling leaking (even corsair) and ruining all their parts. Would an aftermarket CPU cooler be beneficial or should I save my money? Budget is around $120 CAD

Take a look at Noctua's NH-d14 and d15 and see if they fit in your case and are compatible with your motherboard (compatibility is on their website). The cooler is nearly silent and is the best air solution at the moment.
