Looking for GPU compatible with 500 watt PSU

I have this PC in my office:
Mobo Gigabtyte H77-DS3H
Intel i5-3470
RAM 2 x 4GB DDR3 PC12800
HDD 1GB 7200rpm
DVD-RW
PSU 500watt

With the permission from my boss, I am now allowed to take it home. I'm planning to add 120GB SSD and throw a nice GPU without having to replace my current PSU.

I understand that most of the time the build of PSU itself is more important than spec sheet, but in my case it is an Indonesian made PSU from not-necessarily-well-known company called Simbadda.

I do have the spec sheet, though:

Though I have to admit I have no expertise in this area so I wouldn't understand much. Therefore, any suggestions are deeply appreciated.

I've been running my HD 6850 for a couple of years on a 500 watt power supply, with approximately the same specs on the volt lines. The TDP for that card is 127W. So anything that's somewhat close to that should have no problem running.

Going on the more theoretical side... The total 12V amperage on that PSU is 31A. Theoretically, that means you can run an R9 280X. But that's really the upper limit. I wouldn't go with anything higher than a TDP of 150W just to be safe, which is along the lines of an R9 270.
