So I have a limit of around 50 to 75ish and the build will be a gaming build with a possible upgrade to an better one in the future. But that will come with getting a new motherboard most likely

No... you're right meant to include it on the non overclockers. And considering OP as I understand will be upgrading the CPU... Besides, he doesn't sound like he's going to be overclocking for now.
