Is it worth the upgrade?

I currently have a AMD Anthlon 64 x2 with 800mhz DDR2 ram. I was wondering if this: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/XB8Gf7 was worth the upgrade, and if the parts are good enough, Thanks!

It depends what you are doing, it is worth in my opinions as your current stuff is garbage and it looks really old pc, i guess instead of upgrading you just start from blank

i would upgrade to Haswell instead of the FX processors better performacne and better upgrade path

The only thing really good about my PC is the graphics card, PSU, and GPU. So that is why instead of building/buying a whole new PC I would just take out the rest of the old stuff I have not upgraded,

Also you might consider getting fx 8320 as it gives almost same performance as fx 8350 that you probably won't even notice and uses less power, so your electricity bill will like it also i got 3 days ago fx 8320
