Hi, I'd like to ask the community about a problem I encountered just recently.

I noticed that my CPU Load was fluctuating randomly at IDLE.

Core 0, 3, 5 was Fluctuating from 2-3% to 45-90% Randomly at IDLE

while Cores 1,2,4 was just 2-4% Load at IDLE

and I also Noticed that my Temp at first was 45 deg Celcius at Idle, then I used an Electric Fan to directly Push air into the Case

(note: I removed the side panel)

Then the Temp was at 20-30 deg Celcius.

I also recently Overclocked my CPU from 3.3Ghz to 3.6Ghz, my FSB constant 200Mhz and my Multiplier from 16.5 to 18

But I reverted this back to 3.3Ghz.

I will be Upgrading my Mobo this coming Saturday from the Asus one to the new MSI 970 Gaming.

(note: I chose the 970 Gaming because I will be only doing a Single GPU config + its cheaper than the Gigabyte 990)

Question(s):
Is there any problem with my CPU? or is it the CPU Cooler thats not functioning properly?

any Feedbacks is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Don't think so, but it's been a while since you got the cooler so would be indicate to reapply a new thermal paste and see if there is any change. Get the arctic silver 5, i'm using it for (PC and laptops) and it's great. Make sure you blow all the dust from the radiator, fans...

Yes the Tube is warm, and I can increase the Fan speed. do you think that thermal Paste that came along with my H60 had dried up over a year? I bought the H60 Last Year about Jan.
