Lol, I share some of my specs if you want to know some I just make a bunch and customise some of them.
Although you and I know that CX isn't good but within that budget then it should be fine

You've probably already gotten your computer by now, but if not AMD fx 6300 also a viable choice for CPU around the same price as the i3.
edit: nvm, did some research, i3's got hyperthreading which makes it basically a 4 core. pretty good budget card actually.
