After installing my new Corsair VS450 cause the old one had issues, I face another issue. I have a Nvidia 9600GT installed (installed a couple of days ago) , now the fan turns but it doesnt show in device manager. I havent installed drivers , guessing that Windows 7 automatically installs them. I also installed Intel Management for the PCI slot drivers but that didnt fix the issue either.
