Gta sa launch error

I have a 2gb ram asus graphics windows7.
it used to work earlier but now it has stopped working.
the screen flashes and after 3 seconds the screen flashes to normal...
please help

I have a asus 1gb graphics,2gb ram , 500 hdd and windows7 and amd athlonII 3.4 ghz
before the problem i had installed car mods and after that the problem starts

I think you should get rid of at least some of the mods.

i have unistalleed evrything my game all the mods and then again installed gta sa with no mods but still no faith.....
