First build:

  • Processor: Intel Core i5-4570 3.2Ghz
    Motherboard: Asrock H81M-HDS
    Cooler: None
    PSU: Corsair VS650 650W
    Memory: G.Skill Sniper DDR3 1866 PC3-14900 8GB 2x4GB
    HDD: Seagate Barracuda 7200.14 1TB
    Video: Gigabyte Radeon R9 280 OC 3GB
    Case: AeroCool GT Advance
Second build:

  • Processor: Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4Ghz
    Motherboard: Asrock Z97 Pro4
    Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 412S
    PSU: Corsair VS650 650W
    Memory: G.Skill Sniper DDR3 1866 PC3-14900 8GB 2x4GB
    HDD: Seagate Barracuda 7200.14 1TB
    Video: Sapphire R9 280X Tri-X OC 3GB
    Case: AeroCool GT Advance
Which are the overall differences?
Eg:

  • - The second build will be able to play on ultra the upcoming games during the next three years while the first build will only be able to play on ultra the upcoming games during the next two years.
    - The second build can run games at 2560x1600p while the first build can only run games at 1920x1080p.
    - The second build can run current-gen games at 60 FPS while the first build can only run them at 40 FPS.
    - The second build is 1.3x faster than the first build.
    - ...

Solution

I don't know, first build, 2-3 years, 2nd build 3-4,
no, only bottom build can run ultra

By how many time (1 year, 1.5 years...) will the second build outlast the first running upcoming games?
What about the resolution they can handle?
How much speed difference are between the two builds?
Is there any difference in the FPS?

1 year more
1080p for ultra
Not much
10-15more
