Which are the overall differences?
Eg:

no, only bottom build can run ultra

By how many time (1 year, 1.5 years...) will the second build outlast the first running upcoming games?
What about the resolution they can handle?
How much speed difference are between the two builds?
Is there any difference in the FPS?
