Is this setup going to be good for gaming ? :

Storage:1862GB Seagate ST2000DM001(2tb) .

Ram:2x4GB 1866 Snipers.

GPU:Msi Radeon R9 290 4GB.

CPU:i5 4690k

Motherboard:MAXIMUS VII HERO (z97 hero)

Case: Cooler Master HAF 912 Advanced

Fan: Hyper 212 EVO

power supply: Cooler Master G650M (650W Plus Bronze)

Running Dual Monitors ?

I can just change the Cpu,Motherboard,Case,Fan. cuz i have everything else.

I'm thinking about maybe running a i7 and not a i5, what would be the difference. And if the i7 is better, what i7 should i use and should it be a different motherboard and ram for that ?

For just gaming a i7 won't be any better than a i5, just stick with the i5 as it's the same as i7 i gaming

But let's say in the future when better gaming gpu comes out maybe the i5 isn't enough, because i rlly want to use this build for a long time and maybe just switch the card when alot better gpu comes out.

This i5 will last you 5 years I'd say but if you want it to last longer you can get the i7 4790k which will last 1 or 2 years longer
