So a month ago or so I opened this thread : http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-2232517/work-properly.html
In short, I had a problem when I'm connected to my WiFi, the internet crushes every time I download a Torrent or doing a Skype call.
So I tried to take the router cable the LAN and connect it to the back of my computer, direct and see if the problem is still there, it worked, the problem solved, so I ordered my self a 5 meter cable and hooked it up and the problem is still there, I ran the windows troubleshooting, and those are the results

You do have a issue with not having the ethernet setup correctly but that is not the original cause of your problem. If you manage to get the ethernet stuff fixed you would likely still have the problem

I did not read through the entire thread but it appears the suggestions were all related to your PC and fixing settings in the PC and then concluding there was some wireless problem.

The log you post clearly shows you are having issues with your connection between your modem and the ISP. These are messages related to errors received due to poor quality signal on a cable modem type of connection.

When you have a poor quality signal on cable it will work to a point when you run low traffic volumes but as soon as you try to run larger amounts of traffic you will see many more errors.

Call the ISP and have them test the quality of the line. It could also be cabling in your house so verify that that all the coax splitter are tight and clean with not dirt or corrosion. Also veryify there is no damage to the wiring. You also want to verify that any splitters you have are rated for data use.
