Hi! So I bought parts for my PC yesterday and i'm confused... I installed Windows 7 64-bit, and all of updates and drivers ( audio, video etc..). I'm was pretty sure that those parts will let me play all new games at full settings. By new games i mean Titanfall, Watch Dogs etc...but when i play those games my FPS drops to 35-40.
My question is that whether those parts too bad or whether or not they suitable together?
Partlist:
PSU
CHIEFTEC 700W Chieftec Smart Series GPS-700A8 Motherboard GIGABYTE GA-990XA-UD3 - Socket AM3+ - Chipset AMD 990X - ATX
Processor AMD FX-8350 Black Edition - 4 GHz - Socket AM3+ (FD8350FRHKBOX) + COOLER MASTER Hyper TX3 EVO
RAM
CORSAIR Vengeance Pro Series Red - 2 x 4 Gt DDR3-1866 - PC3-15000 - CL9 (CMY8GX3M2A1866C9R)
HDD
WD Blue WD10EZEX - 1 T
GPU
MSI GeForce GTX 770 Gaming, OC, 2GB GDDR5, 2xDVI/HDMI/DP, PCI-E 3.0
PS. Sorry for my bad english...

Your PSU isn't even certified.
You'll find the 650W versions mentioned in http://www.johnnylucky.org/power-supplies/psu-lemon-lis...
"Not 650 watts as advertised. Exploded during testing. Thin wires. Tiny heatsinks. Low value input caps of unknown origin. Also sold under Leadman Power and Powmax brand names."
You'll find Powmax in tier 5 of http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1804779/power-su... - Replace Immediately!!
What voltage - 12v, 5v and 3.3V - readings are you getting in bios/uefi?

So i should change my PSU ASAP. Do you any suggestions? And is it possibly that PSU is reason for pretty high temps while gaming? http://tinypic.com/m/icqvk8/2

Could be a PSU problem causing over temps - if its over volting. That's why I asked "What voltage - 12v, 5v and 3.3V - readings are you getting in bios/uefi?" - to find out how it's running. But no matter how, you should still replace it.
sorry for stupid question... how can i check them?

All seems perfect what are you worrying about 45fps is enough for smooth play isn't it? Fps increase and decrease should be in every game but would not interrupting your gameplay this is because when heavy battle is going on graphics become more heavy and cause a drop in fps. As I told you too amd are not great for games but still you had an great fps, tell me did you feel any stutter/lagg or any jerks issue?

Always welcome, how much do you want to spend on a PSU?I did little bit of research found this in my local store:
http://uk.hardware.info/productinfo/107879/antec-hcg-62... (this is not the local store)
What do you think about this one?
It was listed here http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-1804779/power-... as tier 2 class A PSU , so i think it should be good and produce enough power for all components.
