The G.Skill Ares I think I am getting says "Intel XMP Extreme Memory Profile Ready" but it should still support AMD, right? Do I just need to flash the bios or something?

http://www.amazon.co.uk/G-Skill-Channel-11-11-11-30-dis...

If not, does anyone recommend any other memory? (for a similar price, of course)

It would be fine if you want to get it. But like what Legend001523 said it has been discontinued by the manufacturer. So if recommend another one. And that one you posted is not needed. You don't need 2133MHz a 1600 or 1800 MHz is hardly noticeable and performs almost the same. :)

It also has a bad cas latency, but it is cheaper compared to the g.skill ripjaws x by about £10.

The Ripjaws perform the same as other RAM; the only thing is that they are cheaper and work exactly the same.

Okay then thanks LukaNoki and legend001523, I think I'll go with the HyperX one as it goes well with my colour scheme.
