I have just started to find parts and build a PC and was wondering if these parts would work together?

Case : PCS ALPHA TRION 7622B BLACK
Processor : Intel Core i3-4160
MOBO : Asus H97M-E Micro ATX
RAM : Kingston 8GB Dual-DDR3
GPU : 2GB Nividia GeForce 760
Hard Disk : 1TB 3.5"
PSU : Corsair 550w
Processor Cooling : CoolerMaster Hyper 212 Evo (120mm)

Yes, all components are compatible with each other. No issue there. You don't need CM Hyper 212 Evo because your CPU is factory locked hence it can't be overclocked and stock cooler by Intel would be sufficient.

I would still put an aftermarket CPU cooler on it, just not something as massive as the Evo. The Cooler Master TX3 would be fine and let the CPU run at boost clocks more often.

If you haven't see the heatsink intel includes with an i3, you will be shocked at how tiny it is.
