When i start a game, the windows move to the 2nd Monitor

Heya! I got an little annoying problem, when i start an game all the open windows (Chrome, text files, folders etc..) moves to my other screen half-way. Any solution?

It is, but I know of no other. I tend to position or minimize windows before starting a game so that they dont end up on a side screen, but AFAIK there is no proper solution. Fullscreen applications just seem to push other windows around when there is available desktop.
