crossfiring 7870xt with an r9 280?

Hello, i was wondering if i could crossfire 7870xt with an 280 (rebranded 7950)

since they are both tahiti.

my 7870xt can be clocked to 1200/1500 and my motherboard supports 2x PCIE 2.0x16

To be honest if it only has 2x6+2 pin connectors and its claiming to be a 750w its probably junk.

It also lists its max power as 750w but the max power of the 12v rail (pretty much the only one that matters) is 54a. 12v x 54a = 648W Most if not all good PSUs list there max power as the most that 12v can output.

I can't give you any solid evidence as to the quality of the power supply but personally I wouldn't trust it with two 7870xt's.
