I want to know if Intel has officialy said that x99 wont support ddr 3 ..
I see a lot of sources in the internet but it seems to be all rumors or leaked news...
Does anybody has any official source?

Intel hasn't officially unveiled X99 yet, but multiple motherboard manufacturers have teased their X99 products. All of them have been described as having DDR4 support. As far as I know, we've never really had a choice between different memory specifications in the past, so I wouldn't expect it now. Memory controllers are compatible with what they're designed for.
