My PSU have 4 pin ATX 12V connector, but the motherboard have 8 pin 12V ATX. (Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2PV).
My cpu is FX-6100.
If i will plug in 4 pin in 8 pin will be any problems?

I doubt it will get enough power from a 4-pin connector. I don't think it would do any harm, but I don't mess around with anything power-related. If its the wrong connector, I say don't do it.

Many power supplies today have 8-pin connectors that can be split into two 4-pin connectors, are you sure your power supply doesn't have that feature?

Check your motherboard manual. Normally that is not a problem unless you are overclocking.
Try it and go from there.
If needed, there are inexpensive molex to 8 pin cpu adapters available.
Looks like this:

MiniFitJr pins are rated for up to 13A per pin and there are two on the 4-pin ATX12V plug, which makes it technically enough even for AMD's 225W monsters.

The #18 wires from the PSU to the connector are good for about 10A, per wire, which is also good enough for just about any CPU and crazy OC you could possibly do.

The only thing using the 8-pin EPS12 connector does is reduce wiring losses and impedance between the PSU and motherboard for potentially slightly more stable VRM operation or slightly higher overclocks... or using insane power settings.

TRY GETTING A 4 PIN MOLEX TO DUAL SATA ( OR DUAL MOLEX) EITHER WAY
( A SPLITTER) IF YOU DONT HAVE ANY FREE 4 PIN MOLEX CONNECTORS AVAILABLE
