How do I get my external to start backing up? It recognizes the drive but I dont remember how to start up the backup. Help?

Windows 7 Ultimate. The drive is recognized and I see my previous backups but I need to do another. I forgot how to start it up. Thanks in advance.

You need to start with remembering what program you used...

If it was windows just type backup in the search box. You'll see it in the list.
