I want to upgrade my computer with an AMD Athlon X4 750K. I know I will need to buy a new motherboard for it (I have a GA-G33M-S2L). If you have any suggestions on what kind of MB I should get don't hesitate to inform me.
BTW - IF THE PROCESSOR I SHITTY YOU CAN SUGGEST A BETTER ONE!!

All I need to run is Counter-Strike: Global Offensive on atleast 150-200 frames per second.

My Budget is around $800.

Will this work out if I upgrade my CPU and Motherboard?

That would be worse. For $800 you could build a decent PC. This one would be leaps and bounds better than what you have now. BTW, a GT 630 is a pretty lousy GPU and probably a good portion of your FPS issues.
